Delivery Policy
All items purchased on our online store are delivered by a company called the Courier Guy around South Africa. In countries like Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Zambia, Lesotho and Botswana we can use Malaicha (cross border courier people) or any other courier services convenient with you. For other countries all over the world, we use courier of your choice.
Please note: Stock is not reserved until payment has been received.
Once payment clears we will begin processing your order. Delivery takes overnight to 14 working days depending on your destination.
Courier Guy shipping calculations.
Delivery charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of an item (length x breadth x height divided by 4000) and not the scale weight.
The volumetric weight of each item is then added together which gives you your total shipping cost. This is calculated automatically for you.

0 to 1.9kg – R125
2 to 4.9kg – R145
5 to 14.9kg – R145
