1. Is the store open for walk in customers?

Yes it is

2. What are your trading hours?

8 am to 5pm

3. What is your address?

Sanlam building etc

4. Can I send my order via WhatsApp, email or phone?

Unfortunately not as the ordering process is automated. You can place your order on our website or you can visit us in store.

5. Will you let me know when you are having Sales/ Specials?

Yes we can. Kindly go to http://www.marysmannequin.com/pages/register-here Fill in your details and we will send you emails/ sms’s when we have sales and specials. (Can you create this please)

6. Can you send me pictures or catalogues of your products?

Our website is our catalogue. Please see www.marysmannequin.com

7. l would like to buy for resale. How do I go about it?

You are welcome to buy from us and resell under your own business name contact us by email.

8. How long does delivery take?

Please allow 4-7 working days for delivery (longer for rural areas. Please note: If you are based in a rural area or a high risk hijacking area, courier may contact you to meet them at a safe place or may ask you to collect from the depot in your area.

9. Do you courier or use postal service?

We only make use of courier services (The Courier Guy). This means your parcel will be delivered to your home/ work address. Tracking details will be sent to you.

10. Do you deliver out of South Africa?

Yes we do bit charges are different from Local courier. Please don’t select courier services when ordering and email/whatsapp us for arrangement.

11. How will I know if you have received my payment?

An email will be sent to you once payment clears on our side confirming we have received your payment. 

12. Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to become active. 

13. Can I collect in store?

Yes, you can, but only items that are purchased from our online store. Just select the click in store option at checkout.

14. Can I pay in instalments/ lay-by?

Unfortunately not.

15. What  are my payment options?

If you are visiting the store we accept cash, debit and credit cards.
If you are purchasing online:
EFT payments are to be made on the website using either Paygate eft or Ozow eft
Please note we do not accept manual eft payments.
To pay by card please use Paygate card

16. Do  I need an account to shop online?

No, you do not. Just add your items to your shopping cart. Click checkout. Adjust your quantities and follow the prompts.

17. What is your return policy?

Returns
We have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be unused.
  2. Unwashed
  3. It must be in the original product packaging with all show cards still in place.

Should you wish to return an item please send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will advise you on the way forward.
